Legal Team

The employment legal and HR advisory team is provided by our strategic legal advisory partners, Ward Hadaway solicitors. Ward Hadaway is one of the UK’s Top 100 law firms and a major player in the North of England with offices in Newcastle and Leeds.

ESP set out with a vision to provide the very best fixed fee employment and HR related service in the UK. Our vision became encapsulated in the phrase “let’s provide City law firm quality advice to our clients…but at low fixed fee prices!”.

We think we have achieved this vision and now believe we offer a truly unique service model in the fixed fee Regulatory Consultancy market. Our whole ethos is grounded in providing the very best advice and outsourced HR service that we can deliver to our clients…with insurance coverage acting as a useful ‘safety net’ in the event that a ‘catastrophe’ happens and an employment claim occurs.

However, insurance coverage should not restrict, in any way, the commerciality (or quality) of the advice being provided to our clients. Our strategic partnership with Ward Hadaway and the creation of an ESP Team within Ward Hadaway to service the advisory needs of our clients ensures we deliver against our original vision…always!! Together, we have created something exciting, unique and revolutionary in the legal services market.

Let us introduce you to the team…
