We have created a new and exciting solution for all employers and are a little unusual in that we combine the skills of qualified business professionals, with legal and human resource/personnel employment practitioners (all either qualified employment lawyers or CIPD qualified practitioners).
Collectively, we offer a wider range of services specifically designed to offer you day to day employee relations support and ultimately protect you from employee litigation…and at prices typically 25% of those charged by certain legal practices and HR consultancies!

These legal documents are simple to understand, easy to customise and updated daily.
They save you a small fortune too. Many legal firms would charge you thousands of pounds for drafting or updating documentation. But with ourselves, these documents are continuously updated and available for you to access any time – and all included within our standard service and fixed price.

At the heart of our service is a 24-hour advice centre staffed only by qualified, practising solicitors independently regulated by The Law Society. You can call them every day as many times as you need. They will provide practical advice on how to minimise employment problems and protect your interests at every step. And they use everyday business language – rather than confusing legal jargon.

You’re covered – if the worst happens. Our online resources and telephone advice will prevent many cases from going any further. But if your case goes to court or tribunal, we’ll stay at your side. An experienced barrister or solicitor will represent you and manage your defence, from start to finish. But our service is also backed by employment indemnity insurance that covers the costs of any award, settlement and legal fees incurred (including our barristers’/solicitors’ fees).
